We are a friendly and high-trust team within the Legal & Market Management department, based in Aalborg, Aarhus, or Hamburg. Key Responsibilities
- Manage reporting to European and international authorities, focusing on structured, clear documentation.
- Oversee and maintain User Access Management with attention to consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate contracts through our Contract Management system, ensuring they remain organized and accessible.
- Support operational tasks on SharePoint by updating market information and optimizing internal workflows.
- Occasionally communicate with authorities and partners, always with a focus on clarity and precision.
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with an appreciation for structure and repeatable processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with writing and speaking in English.
- Familiarity with Excel and Office 365.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Interest in building a long-term career in a stable, supportive environment.
Desirable Qualifications
- Interest in and experience with administrative and legal work is a plus.
