Who We’re Looking For

Have you ever shown off a solution you built, only to be met with confused looks? Did you just explain it again, or did you listen to the user to understand what they really needed?

We’re on the hunt for an AI Engineer who excels at communicating and teaching others about our AI projects. You'll coordinate tasks, engage with stakeholders, conduct workshops, create guides, and record videos. You will also be a developer on the same projects, so you must be comfortable with both Python and Linux.

If you’re passionate about AI and can share that enthusiasm through clear communication, we want you in our team!

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Can express complex ideas in simple words.
• Will follow up with stakeholders.
• Is a good listener.
  
  

You also know how an LLM works and at least a few of these:

• Know how a RAG pipeline works.
• Have worked regularly with Python.
• Have worked with Docker, Git and Linux.
• Have experience working with Microsoft Graph API.
  
  

Bonus Points For Any Of These

• Have teaching experience.
• Have built a custom RAG solution.
• Are good at Python.
• Love Linux.

We are a small team who build AI solutions for internal use at Topsoe. Our main product is a custom internal version of ChatGPT that every employee uses. We get to work with departments across Topsoe which gives us insights into the daily challenges of everything from production facilities, HR, and finance to world leading research teams.
