Key responsibilities:

  • Designing the Building Management System with Building Management system PI diagrams, wiring diagrams and functional descriptions
  • Review and validate technical choices for compliance with the design based on the Technical Design Process
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer specifications.
  • Execute on-site technical activities, gathering necessary technical information to support the Engineering teams under the guidance of the Project Technical Senior Engineer.
  • Participate in technical discussions and clarification with customers, serving as a technical contact for technical-related matters.
  • Support the development of engineering deliverables under the leadership of the Project Manager, maintaining regular communication with team members and providing technical status reports.
  • Participate in meetings with customers, consultants, contractors, and commissioning agents.

Skills and attributes:

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with global teams and complying to global standards.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects and platforms in a B2B environment.
  • You have a technical background with previous experience in Building Automation Systems
  • Familiarize oneself with codes, local project regulations, construction practices and the latest equipment functional concepts.
  • Knowledge of engineering outputs such as System architecture, technical submissions for hardware/software, sub-systems interfacing points, detailed point schedules, control panel drawings, equipment and control valve schedules, description of operations, test scripts.
  • Knowledge of HVAC applications and interactions with other contractors deliveries.
  • Strong skills in flexibility, reliability, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Excellent communication and alertness in addressing technical issues, along with proficiency in using integrated digital tools for work efficiency.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical industries is seen as a plus.
