Activités
As Aviation Lead, you will be responsible for providing safe and cost-efficient Aviation services to (internal) clients within assigned Budgets, for the provision of technical assurance within the Aviation domain, and for the management of Aviation contracts and the related performance towards TEPDK (TotalEnergies Exploration & Production Denmark) business objectives. Accountable for the operational execution of the contract assigned to him/her by the Contract Owner.

Activités
As Aviation Lead, you will be responsible for providing safe and cost-efficient Aviation services to (internal) clients within assigned Budgets, for the provision of technical assurance within the Aviation domain, and for the management of Aviation contracts and the related performance towards TEPDK (TotalEnergies Exploration & Production Denmark) business objectives. Accountable for the operational execution of the contract assigned to him/her by the Contract Owner.
These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- HSE & Regulatory:
- Drive HSE performance, demonstrate leadership, and develop a safety culture.
- Assist with audits and inspections, follow-up outstanding audit findings, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain risk assessment documents.
- HSE and operational site visits to ensure highest standard in all areas of housecleaning, planning and other areas that will secure safety and operational stability.
- Act as a point of contact with aviation authorities.
- Operations:
- Support aviation operations, including helicopters, drones, helideck and aviation fuel and related operations in compliance with regulation and internal rules to ensure safe and cost-efficient operations
- Manage flight safety reports, engage in planning and budgeting, and drive performance improvements.
- Liaise with the Drone Network for UAV operations (risk assessment, operation protocol, occurrence reporting, UAV operator contract).
- Contract Management:
- Oversee aviation-related contracts, ensuring high safety and performance standards.
- Manage contract aspects, including communication, performance, and quality assurance.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders and organize service quality meetings.
Who We Are Looking For
- Background in the helicopter arena (technical or operational)
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Extensive industry experience in logistics, Aviation law, and operational/site requirements.
- Knowledge of audit and risk management
- Strong listening, communication, decision-making, and negotiating skills
- Team spirit and service-oriented attitude
- Quality conscious, organized, and result-driven
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with diverse cultures
- Experience in change management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to train and mentor new logistics personnel
- Fluency in English and Danish
