Key responsibilities:

• Charter sea freight solutions for key Global Wind Industry clients, as well as supporting the existing deugro network with Wind Charter solutions.
• Ensuring that deugro has increased market share on sea freight for Wind
• Contributing & leading strategic tender activities
• Primary Customer contact for defined client areas
• Key account management (tactically and strategically)
• Day2day client Commercial interaction
• Concept creation responsible
• Commercial solutions development
• Voyage calculations
• Create winning commercial and technical bid strategy – including resources, investment, risk management
• Submitting offers, negotiations
• Supporting local business units in tendering activities
• Ensuring that tenders are submitted in a compliant, complete and competitive manner
• Mandate to decide on commercials
• Handover to post-fixture team upon award
• Drive stakeholder management internal and external
• Analysis and feedback of industry performance to the business

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding in Global Wind Industry utilizing and fortifying own network in leveraging existing deugro network
• Full professional proficiency in English – both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of various Microsoft software packaages
• Capable of international travelling
• Commercial excellence with a feeling for where the biggest commercial opportunities are
• Proven track record of results from similar role.
• Track record of success in Global Wind Industry
