At DOVISTA, we would like to welcome you to Group P&C Services, where you will play a vital role in our C&R team, which is a part of our People & Culture (P&C) organization.
DOVISTA is on a growth journey in the European market, as we have acquired multiple window and door companies in 2021. This means transformations from A to Z – and a lot of exciting opportunities. In People & Culture, you will work alongside engaged colleagues building group-wide processes and policies, establishing clear process ownership and regionalizing the P&C organization.
DOVISTA will improve and strengthen the Compensation & Reward agenda
Working closely to the Group C&R Specialist, you will through teamwork continue to evolve, deploy and mature our compensation and reward procedures and governance on group level. Doing so, you will support the continuously digitalizing of our ways of working, enabling us to be fully GDPR and data privacy compliant.
Working on group level, you will:
- Support the evolvement and anchoring of the compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, company car policy, salary benchmarking, bonus programs, etc.
- Support the key task of building, design and establish governance of a solid global job architecture. This will be the backbone in our HRIS system and enable DOVISTA to meet reporting requirements, and secure governance and compliance
- Support our Operations function on ad hoc basis with relevant data, analyses, and advice on pay structures and local bonus/variable pay initiatives
- Support DOVISTA readiness to go live of the EU pay transparency act
- Ensure the data quality as you work closely together with the relevant colleagues regarding compensation-related data
- Co-drive the Annual People Cycles, such as the corporate bonus scheme, bonus pay out and the annual salary review through the regional C&R communities across Europe
A few annual travel days to work with our P&C colleagues outside Denmark may occur.
Pragmatic by nature - and curious within the field of Compensation & Reward
First and foremost, you are a strong communicator with good stakeholder management skills. You are curious, openminded, and result oriented. You have a continuous improvement mindset combined with solid customer service abilities. You are comfortable working with big data and numbers and can navigate in a hectic, but inspiring environment.
Your formal education is not an issue, as long as you:
- Have experience from a similar role or have strong desire and ability to learn fast. Experience within C&R or similar HR roles from a multinational company with production will be an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- Have knowledge of working with a larger HRIS platform
- Understand and are curious of HR processes, especially the C&R area
- Speak and write English fluently – it is a plus, but not a prerequisite if you also speak Danish
- Are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
