- Manage 8 employees in the Danish/Swedish team to ensure stable, high-quality Customer - Care and Sales Administration - operations
- Cultivate a customer-focused, service-minded attitude within the team
- Track Customer Care KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, complaint handling, order backlogs) and proactively address any areas for improvement
- Foster effective collaboration with Olympus’s Shared Service Center, defining roles, responsibilities, and KPIs to streamline processes
- Represent the team in North Customer Care meetings, promoting alignment and best practices
- Partner closely with Sales Managers and North Customer Care Managers on process improvements
- Oversee daily planning, prioritization, and workload balancing within the team
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Team Lead/Manager role within Customer Service/Support departments
- Relevant experience in the medical device industry, public procurement, tendering, or an affiliated industry (life sciences, other healthcare industries) is an advantage
- Full proficiency in Danish or Swedish and English; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented, structured, and results-driven, with an empathetic, pacesetting leadership style
- Skilled at working in international teams, with high cultural sensitivity and motivational abilities
- A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with the ability to contribute to a culture of Olympus
