Cyber Security Analyst

We are looking for a Junior or Advanced Cybersecurity Analyst to join Aeven Cyber Defense Center.

Aeven Cyber Defense Center provides Security Monitoring, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response to a broad range of large Danish enterprises and critical infrastructure.

We are seeking new colleagues with either no, little, or a few years prior cybersecurity analytic experience who want to work at the forefront of cybersecurity and defend against cyber-attacks.

Your Responsibilities

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will:

• Monitor various cutting-edge security technologies and investigate security events
• Engage with your colleagues on ways to improve threat detection
• Research attacker techniques and hunt for threats
• Take part in incident response
• Communicate and report your findings in a clear and precise manner
• Help your colleagues and have fun
  
  
  

We expect you have a desire to train and certify yourself within hands-on cybersecurity topics and immerse yourself with modern security technologies.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

• You may have a recent university degree
• Preferably you bring a few years’ related work experience, or seek to change career path from an administrator or developer position and join a Cyber Defense Center
• You have a strong interest in cybersecurity and threat detection
• You value teamwork
• You bring curiosity, and a desire to constantly improve your skillset and our services.
• You may know MITRE ATT&CK and have certifications like OSCP, a rank on HTB, or similar proven knowledge. But we do not expect it. If we match each other, we will onboard you as you are and create your own training, mentoring, and career plan.
