On the behalf of Monitizer we are seeking a Digital Sales Manager

Join Monitizer as a Digital Sales Manager, where you'll have the opportunity to drive the digital transformation of metal casting industry and shape its future with our cutting-edge Monitizer IoT and AI solutions.

With a base in Munich, you'll play a vital role in the success of our digital Monitizer brand, as you acquire and sell our digital end-to-end solutions to customers and partners.

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive digital sales success by negotiating contracts with current and potential customers in the metal casting segments
2. Spot new business opportunities and exploit them to the fullest with both current and new customers
3. Lead customer acquisition and support initiatives for the digital Monitizer products
4. Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers, partners, and management
5. Meet and exceed your sales targets and revenue goals for Monitizer products
6. Support and train sales colleagues, representatives, and customers to ensure their success with our digital solutions

Skills & Experience:

1. At least 2 years of experience in selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions, with a preference for candidates with experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or metal casting industry
2. Proven expertise in value selling utilizing revenue-sharing subscription pricing models
3. Familiarity with IoT-Edge and cloud-based solutions, predictive analytics, and digital solutions
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. A dynamic, self-motivated individual with a performance-oriented and customer-focused mindset
6. A passion for business travel and engaging with diverse cultures and personalities
