Do you want to make a significant impact on some of Denmark's largest and most complex building projects? Can you bring your expertise in electrical engineering to create high-quality, sustainable solutions? And are you an experienced electrical engineer with a motivation for leading complex installation projects? Then, this could be the ideal opportunity to advance your career as a specialist.
Develop electrical engineering solutions for large building projects.
To deliver innovative, sustainable results, we are looking for a Discipline Lead in Electrical Engineering to join our team. We are more than 100 professionals in electrical engineering working alongside our customers on some of Denmark’s most significant projects within the buildings and industry sector. We are thrilled to have contributed to projects like the Copenhagen Airport expansion T3, LEGO factories, Novo Nordisk 25L, and NN Warehouse.
The primary focus in this position will be large-scale projects in Denmark, but we also have projects in Scandinavia in the pipeline, including in the pharmaceutical industry.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Leading the discipline for all electrical packages within large-scale projects, ensuring professional solutions, efficient resource allocation, and effective planning
- Delivering high-impact electrical engineering designs for large-scale building, industry, and pharma projects in Denmark
- Designing complex electrical systems from main infrastructure to low-voltage components
- Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering collaboration within the team
- Ensuring compliance with Danish standards and supporting sustainable, digital solutions across projects
- Engaging in cross-border collaboration with engineering design centers in India and Lithuania.
Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.
The first step to success in this role is you be eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways, but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
On top of that, you will have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor in Technology Management and Marine Engineering, AP Graduate in Electrical Service Engineering or similar, with extensive knowledge of Danish standards and regulations
- Experience in electrical engineering within buildings, industrial facilities, and/or pharma projects
- Proficiency in the latest digital tools, or a desire to master them
- An interest in sustainable and digital solutions
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
