E-Commerce & Data Specialist

Our E-Commerce business is growing, and therefore our team is growing as well. We are looking for an E-Commerce & Data Specialist who can assist and support our business decisions.

TOGETHER, WE ARE THE BEST

You will be part of a dynamic and business-driven E-Com department consisting of 10 employees today, who are specialists in each of their areas of responsibility. We are responsible for VILA.com, and we run and grow a healthy E-Com business. We take pride in our tasks, both individually and as a team. On top of this, we have a central E-Com team within BESTSELLER that we collaborate with on a weekly basis.

A CENTRAL ROLE IN E-COMMERCE

You will take on a new role in our team, supporting our business from an analytical and proactive approach. In this role, you will get every opportunity to be strategic, operational, and developmental in your areas of responsibility. The tasks range from trading on our sales channels, stock management, planning support, assortment evaluation, buying support, on-site analyses, and optimizing costs. You will have great influence on your work, and we expect you to take ownership and drive projects independently.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Trading support for our sales channels.
• Usage of profitability tools, sell-through rates, markdown strategy & execution, promotions, and campaigns from a product perspective.
• Monitor and adjust our in-season sales according to forecasts, stock, and performance.
• Helping our buyer select the right products for our customers at VILA.com.
• Evaluating and discovering buying patterns, customer preferences, and potential pain points.
• Support for conversion optimization-analyses on VILA.com.
• Reporting, analyzing KPIs, and providing clear comments on commercial performance.
  
  

AN ANALYTICAL MIND WITH A KEEN EYE FOR SALES

You're a self-starter with excellent analytical and collaboration skills and the drive to succeed. You're motivated by working in a commercial and result-oriented environment. You will have the ability to balance your day-to-day operational tasks while maintaining structure and discovering new business opportunities based on your analyses and ideas. You are a team player with a drive to keep the wider team up to date on challenges and opportunities.

We Imagine That You Have:

• Ideally, two years of experience working with data, but most importantly, a strong willingness to learn.
• An eye for details, high work standards, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis, interpretation, and execution.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Excel is a requirement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
