For our Denmark real estate team, we are looking for a Facilities Location Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-date management of the real estate locations and the facility management area; Aalborg. The real estate facilities management supports the core business that operate.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
What You Need To Make a Difference
The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, Entrepreneur or similar. Furthermore, it is expected that you have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in real estate or facilities management or another related field. Or that you have worked in an office operational environment before.
To Succeed In This Role You
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.

How To Contribute To Our Vision
For our Denmark real estate team, we are looking for a Facilities Location Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-date management of the real estate locations and the facility management area; Aalborg. The real estate facilities management supports the core business that operate.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Day to day management of all real estate topics in various locations
- Prepare, monitor, and manage the costs of certain locations
- Contract management, which is a big part of the role because of the many suppliers and vendors that have to be contract managed
- Contract management of external technical Service contract (Hard FM Service contract)
- Contract management of external security contract
- Space Management Awareness, updating the data and for writing the presentations and presenting them to the team (10 people)
- Managing different stakeholders. This includes handling internal Business Units and external Landlords
- Managing minor projects related to real estate
- Handling internal approval processes
What You Need To Make a Difference
The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, Entrepreneur or similar. Furthermore, it is expected that you have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in real estate or facilities management or another related field. Or that you have worked in an office operational environment before.
To Succeed In This Role You
- Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have basic knowledge of finance (CapEx and OpEx budgets). This is an absolute must
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills. An ideal Facilities Location Manager is good at managing relationship with the stakeholders on all levels
- Are competent with systems. So, you are capable of using new finance and purchase tools
- Are a motivating team player, who is resilient, and responsible. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment
- Thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations
