We are currently looking for a Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering! We are seeking a seasoned leader with a strong background in manufacturing processes to oversee our Process Engineering team. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing efficiency, quality, and safety within our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Process Engineering team to achieve goals and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of manufacturing processes of current products as well as new product developments.
  • Establish and maintain optimal process parameters, monitoring them for improved process efficiency while keeping product quality.
  • Run capability studies to guarantee process stability, assess and improve manufacturing performance, analyzing data for improvement opportunities, with a product quality mindset.
  • Implement statistical process control methods and analyze data to detect trends, opportunities to improve efficiency and mitigate potential risks for production.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop protocols to minimize risks.
  • Maintain process documentation updated, implement changes on work instructions and prepare reports on performance and analysis.
  • Implement new and improve existing preventive maintenance routines, to mitigate risks to product quality and impacts on production schedule, minimizing unplanned equipment downtimes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead efforts to increase automation on production processes and product inspection, leveraging expertise in flexible pipe processes for operational Excellence.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is essential, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven Experience: Experience in manufacturing process engineering, including a track record of effectively leading teams.
  • Strong Knowledge: Familiarity with process control techniques, capability studies, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) is crucial.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborative Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively within a team is vital.
  • Communication and Documentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and conveying information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills: With an international and diverse team located in Denmark and Brazil, leadership skills to drive change in a multicultural environment are essential to deliver sound technical solutions for the business .
