About The Job
In this dual role, you will serve as both Account Manager and Sales Team Leader, entering a company in a strong growth phase with excellent development opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence, engaging with both existing clients and new prospects.
You will be part of a growing team where your responsibilities include understanding prospects' needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth. You will join a team characterized by ambition, knowledge, and fun.
As a Sales Team Leader you will typically spend 50% of your time on building and managing the sales team and 50% on own sales activities.
Your responsibilities as Account Manager include:
To succeed in this role, we expect you to bring a minimum of 4 years of direct sales experience, including developing customer relationships and B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS company or a similar environment. In addition, you have previously led a small team and demonstrated an ability to drive commercial performance through team development. You likely hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or political science, and have a strong commitment to sustainability issues. You are accustomed to working in a diverse team and can communicate effectively across different departments.
As a person, you possess a positive attitude, are structured, curious, and have a sense of humor. You are a doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by the challenge of meeting your goals. You look forward to working in a growing team that motivates each other towards great deeds and is united by a passion for contributing to positive change.
We Believe You Have:
This position is based in our newly refurbished office in Copenhagen near Vesterport station. You will be expected to go to our Malmö office from time to time.

About The Job

Your responsibilities as Account Manager include:
- Demo and sell our platform to potential customers
- Be responsible for prospects and drive sales cycles
- Be responsible for customers together with your colleagues
- Work together with colleagues from our Customer Success and Advisory business to enable growth across departments
- Deliver market insights and opportunities internally for strategic adjustments
- Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects in the Danish market
- Continuously coach team members ensuring their short and long term development as well as their wellbeing

We Believe You Have:
- Sales experience (minimum 4 years)
- People Management experience (minimum 2 years)
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Passion for sales
- Fluent language proficiency in English and Danish (both written and spoken)
