As a Senior Management Consultant with Capgemini Invent’s Business Technology capability you will advise global business leaders and clients in major digital transformation projects to help accelerate the transition to agile operating models, enable cloud transformation or create a digital workplace.

• Has a minimum of two years of professional experience from Management Consulting or similar experience from a professional services work environment, or rapidly grown business start/scale-up
• Has experience contributing to larger transformation projects, complex programs within manufacturing, or CPRD
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset with a growth and business development mentality
• Has an analytical mindset and is curious about future topics at the interface between business, strategy, data, design, technology and/or innovation
• Wants to drive real change at the forefront of business and technology, and win together as a team
• Is very comfortable in a client-facing role
• Has a higher academic foundation within e.g. Business, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, Design, Technology, or Innovation.
• Has strong communication skills in English and Danish
• Valid Danish work permit required
