Senior Product Manager - Retail and Wholesale

As our new Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and positioning our product in the market to drive growth. You have a proven track record of successfully launching or growing digital products in the various markets. While you work independently, you excel in close collaboration with key stakeholders including Customers, Sales, UX, Product Marketing and Product Development.

EG Product management framework and Tools

At EG, we have a unique product management framework and toolbox that supports you in your role as a Product Manager and help you in your decision-making process. It include tools like AHAfor setting up, monitoring and tracking troadmaps; Product P/L to monitor product profitability; and a product management dashboard to measure our alignment with product strategies and objectives.

Your role and key responsibilities:

• In this position you will take ownership of product management, where your responsibilities will include:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and position the product effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance product positioning and market penetration in the Nordic markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap and rally people from different functions towards a common product goal.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide product expertise, support sales strategies, and drive product growth.
• Partner with the product marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, product presentations and materials that resonate with the target audience.
  
  

You will also take ownership of Customer Engagement, with responsibilities that include:

• Engaging with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  
  

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching or growing digital products.
  
  

Besides that, you also have:

• Passion to build the best digital product that customers and consumers love.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in identifying an opportunity in the market and iterating your way to success.
• Strong understanding of product positioning and market growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
