At Ramen to Biiru, you will be joining a diverse team, and work in one of Copenhagen’s most vibrant neighbourhoods - Vesterbro. You will be part of leading a group of approx. 20 other great people who are just as passionate about Ramen as we are. The role is exciting and different every day. We have a strong team and a fantastic environment at the bar – this team includes your Area Manager, James, with whom you will work closely with.
You will have engagement with the management team across the Ramen organisation, who carry a wide variation of backgrounds and seniority in the industry – so great sparring is easy to get on a day-to-day level. You will also have the support from a dedicated work group located at Mikkeller HQ, which include your People and Culture Business Partner, Rosie.
This Is What You Will Be Doing
As Team Lead, you will have an opportunity to develop the business by ensuring that patrons are receiving excellent service, food, and drinks. Some of your tasks will include:
We are looking for a friendly and positive Team Lead who has a forward thinking “can-do” attitude, and experience working in a fast-pace retail setting. You will need to be organised, flexible, and quick on your feet and in your head. You are required to be fluent in English; mastering Danish is a plus. These skills will be needed for working and managing an outgoing team coming from a diverse background of experiences.

About Mikkeller
Mikkeller is the adventurous story of a beer loving Danish maths- and physics teacher, who started experimenting with hops, malt and yeast in his small kitchen in Copenhagen. Today, Mikkel Bjergsø exports his craft beer to 40 countries with just as many Mikkeller locations around the world. The company also runs a famous beer festival and an international running club with around 150 chapters. - Responsible for ordering and handling beer deliveries throughout the week
- Driving sales
- Leading through example by working in service to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
