The Position
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with GMP regulations while contributing substantially to the ongoing optimization of warehouse processes. Emphasizing readiness for future expansion and changes, you will take part in safety, compliance, and continual improvement efforts while ensuring smooth SAP operations.

You will be joining the Warehouse team at NNPR, situated in the Supply Chain department, playing a key role in the department's core functions. The Warehouse is responsible for overseeing inbound processes, managing deliveries for production, and ensuring the preparation for shipment. In this collaborative environment, you will closely work with three other support professionals to streamline and optimize workflows. Your role is instrumental in facilitating the efficiency of six operators, collectively ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the overall productivity of the warehouse.

The Position
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with GMP regulations while contributing substantially to the ongoing optimization of warehouse processes. Emphasizing readiness for future expansion and changes, you will take part in safety, compliance, and continual improvement efforts while ensuring smooth SAP operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding the warehouse in adhering to quality and GMP requirements, including managing change requests and deviations to maintain quality assurance and compliance.
- Providing warehouse inputs for the SCQ process.
- Actively participating in workshops, tests, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency through the application of LEAN methodologies.
- Supporting SAP operations and ensuring seamless system functionality for warehouse operations.
- Engaging in cross-organizational projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and sharing insights and expertise.
To succeed in this role you have:
- An academic degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- A hands-on approach to executing processes and tackling challenges.
- Experience with GMP is highly appreciated.
- Previous support experience, as well as exposure within Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish.
