The position

We are seeking a new HSE Manager for our unique data center environment in Fredericia. The ISS Project Unit is part of Property Services, which is one of ISS’ largest business units measured by revenue. We provide specialized services for the development of our clients' critical work environments. The quality of our service is ensured through the company's strong "know-how," which covers the entire life cycle of the property. Our internal collaboration enables our clients to implement comprehensive service management solutions in a flexible manner.

Your tasks will amongst others include:

• Participation in interesting and varied construction projects in a special and critical data center environment.
• Supporting project managers in delivering projects professionally in close collaboration with many international stakeholders across the location.
• Responsibility for overall safety on the projects, compliance with legislation, and the client’s procedures.
• Opportunity to promote your visions and ideas and contribute to the development of our operations.
  
  
  

The position is at our customer location in Fredericia which is a prominent, global technology company. You must drive effective collaboration with clients and balance key stakeholder interests in a dynamic work environment which also offers flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.

About You

As our HSE Manager, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies:

• Previous experience with safety-related tasks and a relevant educational background.
• Knowledge of safety-related legislation and standards.
• Ability to promote a positive safety culture among all stakeholders.
• Fluent and clear communication with all stakeholders in English is crucial for this role.
• Effective use of Google Workspace/Office 365.
• Dynamic, flexible, and result-oriented with the ability to handle rapidly changing and challenging situations.
